What the warranty covers:
- Free repair of the product, or
- Free replacement with an item of equal value (or a similar model if the original product is no longer available).
How to make a warranty claim?
For fast and efficient processing, simply fill out our online service form, attaching a detailed description of the issue and a copy of your invoice.
We generally process your request within 30 days of receiving the product in our service department.
Conditions of application:
- The warranty applies only to individual consumers (excluding businesses).
- The start date of the warranty corresponds to the date on the invoice.
Warranty exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Breakage or damage caused by improper handling, shock, fall, or any excessive force.
- Damage caused by environmental factors: humidity, extreme temperatures, perfume, alcohol, etc.
- Failure to follow usage or safety instructions.
- Any unauthorized repair attempts.
- Natural alterations of materials: patina, changes in wood color, wear of leather straps, etc.
Return conditions under warranty:
- Please contact us through our form before sending any return.
- Use suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.
- Include a copy of the original invoice. Without it, the request may be denied.
Shipping costs to our after-sales service are covered by Bijouxstore. However, the risk of loss or damage during return transport remains the responsibility of the customer.
