Shipping & Returns

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form.

Delivery times and shipping fees are calculated automatically based on cart value or other conditions (item type, delivery address, etc.).

Incomplete or Late Delivery

If your order is late or items are missing or incorrect, please contact Customer Service via our contact form.

“Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee

Returns within France & EU

You may return any product within 14 days of receipt—no reason needed—for a refund of the merchandise price under EU law. We extend this to 30 days with a €5 restocking fee; exchanges are exempt from this fee. This extension does not apply to sale, promotional, or coupon‑discounted items.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and perfectly clean. This right of withdrawal carries no penalty.

* Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged (Consumer Code art. L 121‑20‑2). Color may vary from your screen; order a sample if precise shade matters.

* For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (piercings, earrings) cannot be returned.

* No return will be accepted without a prior RMA number from our after‑sales service. That number must appear on your package along with the return form. Packages without it will be refused.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, report it to the carrier immediately.

To return a product, email us via our contact form to request an RMA number, pack the item carefully, and ship it with that number clearly marked.

Returns from outside the EU

We do not accept returns from non‑EU countries.

Partial Shipments & Special Orders

Some items stocked by our supplier or warehouse may not ship immediately. If any items are delayed, we will ship available items first and indicate delays on your order confirmation.

If partial shipments are not suitable or possible, we will do our best to ship your complete order as soon as we can.

Made‑to‑order items depend on raw‑material availability and may require longer lead times.
