Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

Delivery times and shipping costs for your basket are automatically calculated according to the value of the basket, or other conditions (model, delivery address, etc.).

Incomplete or late delivery

- Return of goods in France and EU

Regardless of the country in the EU, you can request the return of a product up to 14 days after its receipt, without reason, to obtain a full refund (price and delivery costs, only the amount equivalent to the cost of standard shipping will be refunded to you.) under the legal right of withdrawal. Bijouxstore.fr also allows returns up to the 30th day and the refund of the price of goods with the restocking fee of 5 euros, returns with a request for exchange of items are exempt from these costs. This extended period does not apply to products at a reduced price (on promotion, on sale, or with a coupon).

The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. We accept returns only if the label is still present on the product and it has never been worn, nor has it suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and is in a state of perfect cleanliness. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalties.

* Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged in accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code. Do not always rely on the colors appearing on your screen, because everything depends on the setting and calibration of the latter. It is therefore normal that the color of a product you receive may sometimes be different from the one you thought you could distinguish on your screen. If the shade of the color is important to you, then do not hesitate to order a sample of the item in advance.

* For obvious hygiene reasons, intra-jewelry (piercings, earrings) cannot be returned.

* No return will be accepted without an agreement number previously obtained from our after-sales service. This number must be written on your package without forgetting to attach the return slip corresponding to the initial invoice. Any package returned without this agreement number will be refused.

If you receive a defective or damaged item during transport, you are required to report the damage to the carrier.

To return a product, please send us an email from our contact form to request a return number, and pack the item carefully and send it with the return number.

Partial shipments and special orders

For some products that are stored at our supplier or warehouse, we can not guarantee immediate delivery. If the delivery of certain items is delayed, a partial shipment of the available products will be made as far as possible. Your order confirmation will indicate any deferred products.

If partial shipments are not appropriate or possible, we will do our best to ship your complete order as soon as possible.

Some products are manufactured on demand and are subject to the availability of raw materials. Longer lead times may therefore be necessary.
