Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times and shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the value of your cart and other conditions (product model, delivery address, etc.).

Incomplete or Delayed Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, or if products are missing or do not match your order, please contact our Customer Service department using our contact form.

- Returns within France and the European Union
Regardless of your country within the EU, you may return a product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason and obtain a refund (product price only) under your legal right of withdrawal. Bijouxstore.fr also extends the return period up to 30 days and offers a refund of the product price subject to a €5 restocking fee. Returns requested for an exchange are exempt from this fee. This extended return period does not apply to discounted products (sale items, promotions, or products purchased with a coupon).
The returned product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted only if the original tag is still attached, the product has never been worn, has not suffered any damage, however minor, and remains in perfect clean condition. The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalties.
* Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code. Please note that colors displayed on your screen may vary depending on your monitor settings and calibration. Therefore, the color of the product you receive may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Natural materials (pearls, stones, wood, etc.) may also display variations in shade from one piece to another. If color accuracy is particularly important to you, we recommend ordering a sample beforehand.
* For hygiene reasons, body jewelry (piercings) and earrings cannot be returned.
* No return will be accepted without a return authorization number previously obtained from our Customer Service department. This number must be clearly written on the return package, along with the corresponding return form related to the original invoice. Any parcel returned without this authorization number will be refused.
If you receive a defective item or a product damaged during transportation, you are required to report the damage to the carrier.
To return a product, please contact us through our contact form to request a return authorization number. Carefully package the item and send it back with the return number clearly indicated.
- Returns from countries outside the European Union
We do not accept returns from countries or territories located outside the European Union.
Partial Shipments and Special Orders
For certain products stored at our supplier's premises or in our warehouse, immediate shipment cannot always be guaranteed. If the delivery of certain items is delayed, a partial shipment of available products will be made whenever possible. Your order confirmation will indicate any backordered items.
If partial shipments are not suitable or possible, we will do our best to dispatch your complete order as quickly as possible.
Some products are manufactured on demand and depend on the availability of raw materials. Therefore, longer procurement times may be required.
